The Service is operated by The Future Entertainment Project ("we", "us", or "our").

ReadyUp is a gaming session coordination platform that allows users to:

  • Create and join gaming sessions
  • Connect with other gamers
  • Manage their gaming library
  • Coordinate play times across different time zones

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account using Discord authentication. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Post offensive, inappropriate, or illegal content
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
  • Use the Service for any commercial purpose without permission
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. Content and Intellectual Property

Users retain ownership of content they post. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with the Service.

Game names, logos, and related content are trademarks of their respective owners. ReadyUp does not claim ownership of any third-party content.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of data or interruption of service
  • Actions of other users on the platform
  • Third-party services or integrations

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may also delete your account at any time through your profile settings.
