Product–Market Fit
We do not have product-market fit yet. This means, we do not have a clear understanding of a problem, solution and market with validated fit to build a company around. To have product market fit, we need to check off the following steps:
The PMF Loop
- Find a significant problem
- Validate the problem by talking to users
- Validate the solution solves the problem by actual usage
- Keep users coming back (and paying)

Where We Are Now: Step 2
We found a problem that we think is significant, and are now in the phase of talking to users if this is true. However, this could validate only so much, hence why we are looking to build an MVP asap (step 3) to really validate if we're on to something.
What we’re validating
We want to confirm that users:
- Experience the problem
- Try to solve it daily or weekly
- Are dissatisfied with current solutions
What we’ve done so far
- Outreach via:
- Arc Raiders Reddit & Discord
- Call of Duty Reddit
- Findings:
- Strong problem validation
- Repeated complaints about fragmentation, noise, lack of personalization,
inconsistent teammates, and toxicity
- One validated user also expressed interest in contributing to the solution
- However, not yet an estimation of 'significance'. However, there's personal passion to solve this anyway
Current goals
- Talk to at least 10 users (voice or chat)
- Refine:
- The problem statement
- The initial target audience
- Start gathering early users alongside validation
